Adding and deleting metadata for a collection

A collection has an optional list of key/value pairs that each have an arbitrary key text name, like 'Pressure' or 'Temperature', and an arbitrary value for that name, such as a number or short piece of text. A collection can have any number of key/value pairs to note job parameters, version numbers, run times, or other job state. You can add and change these from a web browser, or you can Add metadata from the command line.
